18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement & Content Compliance

All visual depictions and characters appearing on www.pronaichat.com (the "Platform") are entirely fictional and are computer-generated and/or generated by artificial intelligence. No real human beings are depicted anywhere on the Platform.
Because the Platform contains no photographs, film, video, or digital images of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the content is not "produced" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and the record-keeping requirements of those statutes do not apply to it.
To the extent any content is ever deemed to fall within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A, all persons depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation, and any required records are maintained by the Custodian of Records listed in Section 5.

Every AI character on the Platform is fictional and is portrayed as being 18 years of age or older. The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes minors. Any attempt to generate, solicit, or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of a minor is prohibited, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement.
No underage roleplay or age-play. Characters may not be re-cast, aged down, or role-played as minors. The Platform refuses any request to portray a character as under 18 — including age-regression, school-age, or "pretend to be younger" scenarios — even when framed as fiction, fantasy, hypothetical, or "just roleplay". Every AI character always remains an adult aged 18 or older, regardless of user instructions.
Technical enforcement. These rules are enforced automatically by deterministic filters, not merely stated. (1) Input: before any message reaches the AI it is screened for under-18 signals — explicit ages, minor terminology, and age-down or age-play framing such as “pretend to be 17”, “act 16”, or telling a character “you’re 17” — and a match is hard-blocked, never sent to the model and never billed. (2) Model: a non-negotiable system-level safeguard instructs every character to remain an adult (18 or older) and to refuse any attempt to lower an age, even when framed as fiction, fantasy, hypothetical, “just this once”, or “just roleplay”. (3) Output: every AI response is scanned in real time as it is generated, so any reply that states, accepts, or assigns an age under 18 is immediately halted and replaced with a refusal.

The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Any depiction or sexualization of minors, or of any person presented as under 18 years of age;
Non-consensual sexual activity, including rape or any content depicting a lack of consent;
Bestiality, incest, gore, or sexual violence;
Human trafficking, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
Any content that is otherwise illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.

We use a combination of automated filtering and policy-based moderation to enforce this policy. If you nonetheless encounter any content on the Platform that you believe violates this policy — including any suspected depiction of a minor or any non-consensual content — please report it immediately to the contact address below.
Reports are reviewed promptly. Content found to violate this policy is removed, the responsible account is terminated, and illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities. Please include a description of the content and where it appears on the Platform so we can locate and act on it.
